So much has been happening in the news and I know that some if not ALL of you are itching to Write on an issue from your unique perspective and hear the Views of others.
Below is a recap of five topics that have been a buzz in the news and on the streets last week:
1. The Patois Bible
Yes I know some of you are probably excited, maybe enraged or just plain confused as far as this one is concerned 
2. The Celtics won the NBA title!
YES:) Celtics won 17th title, first win after 22 yrs!!!Any sports fans in the house? But seriously, why were Jamaicans so siked up about this? I mean nobody was half as pumped when our Reggae Boys beat the Bahamas 7-0. LOL. Somebody please tell me what is going on??? Well I do know that there is alot to learn about perseverance and team work from these guys…no lie
3. Everybody Wants to Be… a PORN STAR?
That’s right… once again celebrity sex-porno has appeared also highlighting the interesting role of technology… and what a buzz it has caused! I am quite sure that YOU the enlightened Fiwivoice elite are just itching to put it into perspective right here on the Fiwivoice Op-ed Column
4. G-SAT
Results are out again, time for a fresh set of youngsters to advance through ‘the system’.This brings us once again to examine the efficiency of Jamaica’s Education system. I know some people have been saying the ‘Every Child Can Learn Every Child Must Learn’ ideology, cannot and should not justify advancing under performers to high schools. What say you??
5.Taxing Sex Workers?
Yes. As Kaysia (see this week’s ‘Taboo’ Article) said, Sex-it’s everywhere! Once again proposals are being put forward to decriminalize and tax Sex Workers and the Sex Workers Association are very pleased by this proposal (didn’t even know such an association existed). To this, Fiwivoicers, I will ask ‘What is your stance?’ Read article here.

go Dee…thanks much for the info- really God stuff. Tax Sex workers!!??!!…I was wondering what the world..I mean Ja…cuz after doin some more research I realise we must b backward r sumthn for not havin decriminalised the issue…we even have an association…wel if u have JFLAG then this shouldn’t be a surprise either.
As for the Celtics beating the Lakers…hmmm…ye isnt football the national sport or sumthn?..u go to KFC & they even have NBA meals…lol…
The Patois Bible…hmm…wel no surprise with Bertram on board…I’m actually lookin forward to that edition:)
