Have a Great 2k8!
New Year, NewTing!! Over fifteen hundred people died last year, lets start off by thanking God for your life and for the lives of the love ones you hold so dear, who are still here with you. Stop and think also, of everything that you have got around to do in 2k7. All the good things that you could have done, maybe all the bad things plague you too, but celebrate and thank God,d you now have a new year. Rather than sitting down and regretting waste time, money, effort, EVERYTHING, brush yourself up, hold tight to Jesus and try again.
If you are not saved yet, its time you figure yourself out and make the best decision of your life; if you have not been involved in enough ministry time to look around and get involved, whatever it is, whatever it may be, now is the time. Let us all stop procrastinating great things too….’ you know I’m going to join the choir…..soon; you know I’m going spend some quality time with my family…..some time; you know I’m going to……..’ why not now? You have one life 2k8 is here now, make the best of it. Love as much as you can, and play your part in God’s plan in the very best way possible!
There also may be the bad things you did in 2k7, stealing, lying, fornicating, time after time. Here is a new year, a new chance, and a new life is a prayer away. Your year may have been plagued by misery, pain and other things, but Jesus came for you to be free, whole and new and this can be yours, He is waiting on you. Start by making a declaration that this is your year of freedom, love, newness of life and spirit. Ask God for the guidance and strength to not fall again. Yes you may be tempted, and like a child learning to walk you may fall again, but whatever happens know that God is your loving parent who will help you back up.
Blessings everyone, no matter how 2007 was, and I wish for you a GREAT 2008!!

Same to you, G!
Would anyone like to be beaten up for Jesus in 2008?! Would anyone like to be forsaken by family, friends, co-workers, etc…for the cause of the Gospel?
What if God’s profidence this year is “bitter” not “sweet”? What if my wife dies, or what if she conceived and the child dies, what if I’m shot, what if my supporters stop supporting me, what if our new home burns down… Would I love Him more or less? Would I still claim to treasure God above all else…that I’m completly satisfied in Him alone… Just some of the questions I’ve been asking myself lately…

Wow, those have been bugging me too, so I’ve been asking myself….Why do I love You Jesus, why do I serve You?

Happy new year family! I thank God for life as to live is Christ but to die is gain and for me 2008 signifies we closer to our Lord returning. Truthily withoiut Him I would not choose to continue living.
