We did this video to explain our school tours…Some Stuff Need to Be Updated…but this will give you an idea of who we are and what we do!!
Go Xtreme Impact!!
I pray that God will continue to BLESS Xtreme Impact.. We need more Mission oriented groups like this.. The video is very inspiring, makes me feel like I wanna be a part of such a group.
God Bless.
Please excuse my ignorance, if I’m misinformed…From what I’ve picked up Xtreme Impact has got “sign language / miming ministry.” Am I correct?
If so how much is been done to reach out to the Jamaicans who are in need of the ministry most - our deaf population of 154,909. This is a lot of souls in need of Gospel in their own language and, by and large, they have been a neglected group. Don’t you think miming / sing language would be more meaningful amongst among the deaf? Well, it might demand a lot more work …
Thankfully, there are a number of Christians reaching out to our deaf. So far, I’m aware of two Christian organisations. I’m sure you know them (and perhaps more). I know of the Jamaica Christian School for the Deaf http://amdjmd.org/jcsd/index.html and the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf http://www.cccdjamaica.net/
