Struggling Teenage Christians

Often times as teenagers we struggle for various reasons on our christian pathway. Most times we are tempted to do things which are not Godly, sometimes we succumb to them. However while we are trodding this road, we need alot of encouragement and comforting words. But where are some of the older christians in all of this? We need some intercessor to interceed on our behalf, remember we are young and fragile and to some extent still on breast milk. There is peer pressure which is one of the major problem teenage christians have to deal with. We battle with sexual desires so often and we need to be strengthened.
I was faced with a situation recently and my heart was spiritually broken. Who did I see when I needed an encouraging word? However God was always by my side and I seeked refuge in Him. Young christians, we can make a difference in this society, we can stand up for Jesus, even if we have to struggle to the end. Christ came to set us free and we must let the world know and see that we are free indeed. No matter how the circumstances want to come, don’t bow to satan.

Good article.But what you must learn is that at times God removes our support systems so that He can be the inly being we trust,so you should also remember that.All the best on your spiritual journey.

Great article, I have been in your position before so I understand exactly what you went through. God is a great man indeed and he’s also a forgiving God,keep on fighting for him. I’m sure he has alot instore for you. God bless you.

This is a good article and i know you have ministered to alot of young people. i think you touched a good point in that the young christians need some body they can call on to pray for them and i dont think the church is doing enough to provide that.
